How we can help

  1. 01

    Company Formation in Croatia

The law office provides full legal support for setting up a limited liability company (d.o.o.), a simple limited liability company (j.d.o.o.) or another company in Croatia, from choosing the legal form and drafting the founding documents to registration with the court register, which usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. After registration, we file with the Register of Beneficial Owners and the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, assist with opening a business bank account and prepare bilingual documents for foreign founders.

  2. 02

    Corporate Restructuring and Share Transfers

The law office handles mergers, acquisitions, demergers, changes of legal form, share capital increases and reductions, share transfers and company liquidation. For investors from outside the EU, we check whether acquiring a stake of 10% or more requires approval under Croatia’s Foreign Investment Screening Act.

  3. 03

    Legal Due Diligence

The law office conducts legal due diligence before you acquire a company, purchase shares or invest in Croatia, reviewing registers, contracts, litigation, employment matters and assets. You receive a written report setting out the legal risks and recommendations for negotiations.

  4. 04

    Commercial Contracts and Business Projects

The law office drafts and reviews commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, shareholder and management resolutions, powers of attorney and internal company documents. Legal support for business projects protects your interests and prevents disputes before they arise.

  5. 05

    Employment Law and Debt Collection

The law office advises employers on Croatian employment law, drafts employment contracts and internal regulations and represents clients in labour disputes. We handle debt collection from the first demand letter and negotiations with the debtor through to enforcement proceedings.

  6. 06

    Representation Before Courts and Authorities

The law office represents companies before commercial and municipal courts, the court register, the Tax Administration, inspectorates and in arbitration proceedings. Experience gained at the Commercial Court in Zagreb helps us anticipate how proceedings will unfold and choose the right strategy.
